Yes, you're right, I already said that replying to someone else. There are 33 states that allow women to go topless to many numbers of beaches, bars, clubs, pools, etc. That doesn't mean that in those states you're allowed to walk around topless across the city willy nilly. I live in Vegas, we push the boundaries on what nudity is and isn't allowed in public man.
If Poison Ivy had to cover up her nipples with those toothpick thick vines last year Halloween than full-on nudity is definitely not allowed in public, in Sin City of all places.

I'm just questioning a law that is rather pathetic. it fails to specify event in certain scenarios. For example, like here, she is nude on a rooftop for sunbathing, in an area that without the drone people shouldnt be able to see her in ther words she's basically away from the public view. That is illegal. while being nude in her bathroom and people in public can just look up at the window and see her. even if she is in her private area people in public can easily see her nude without the need of tools like drones. That is legal.
User avatar #66 - grrphc (10/20/2014) [-]
While I definitely agree with you there, that's not what the initial comment said.
We do have laws that are no longer fit for modern society and we should do a big overhaul, but the comment I replied to implied that these drones or whatever was used are going to be made illegal for filming someone doing something else illegal, which just isn't the case.
