Gotta keep in mind that 4 is designed for both the PC and consoles. Gotta keep it light, so "next gen" consoles can handle those amazing 2010-level graphics.

You know, I can't wait for this to come out. I've been saying it's going to be the Skyrim of Fallout for months and people have been thumbing me down and calling me an idiot for just as long. I can not wait to spam "I told you so" on every single fallout post.

It's not a bad game. Just doesn't live up to the rest of the series.

It's going to be absurdly successful and every little kid will want it for christmas. It's going to be the best game ever in the eyes of people who've never played a Fallout game before, even though it's going to be very dumbed down and shallow compared to the previous games. It's going to be disappointing as fuck to the old fans of the series, but any complaint they have will be drowned out by the sea of excited 12-yearolds screaming "BEST GAME EVER!".

Never heard that one before. Yeah, think what you want of me, I'm still kind of crabby that something I like is going to get downgraded, because little Timmy doesn't feel like reading, so they added a dialogue wheel instead and he couldn't figure out how skills work, so they scrapped them alltogether. Much like I was pissed they got rid of a while school of magic, dumbed down alchemy and got rid of custom spells in Skyrim.

It's one of the things I've liked most about Fallout - you actually get to read the whole thing you say. But little Timmy's the new target demographic, so we can't have that anymore. At least not until someone mods it.
