girl complaining shes single because she dumped her Bf because he prefered vidyagames and didnt grow up and she was pregnant, she's a slut you can see in her profile what her interests are and what opinions she has over men. also likes to post nudes in the nsfw to fish for compliments (so i have doubts if she really is pregnant)

I completely agree with u that a dog is a living thing, and i support OP on this one.
But a dog is actuallly a posession. When we went to pick up ours we payed good money and i signed a sales agreement making it my property. That makes it my posession. didnt read lol, but i'm pretty sure it obligates us to take good care of her or she can bet taken away
Dont get me wrong, she is a part of the family, she has a name, toys, her own snacks and her own little bed in the yard. But we did pay money for her so, its a posession.

i personally dont think you should have to pay for dogs or cats. maybe a gold fish or something you keep in a tank i guess i could understand, but god dammit back when i had my dog that thing was like my sister. she saved my brother from being attacked by another dog, she would try to fight skunks if we were out in the yard and they were walking around and shed get sprayed but that was okay. i had memories with that dog and to think i had to pay for those memories like it was a gaming console or something puts me off a little. hell id do it again in a second, but still if you wouldnt pay the adoption house to bring a child home you shouldnt have to pay the pet store

The law sees them as a life form too.
If someone was beating a dog senseless a cop wouldn't just go "Well, he did purchase the dog with legal currency, can't do anything" No, a cop would call animal services and tell them that the person is an unfit owner.
And that person would also be fined and possibly arrested.

Its a posession by law. But its a posession that comes with its own rulebook, u have to take care of it or they take it away.
A car is also your posession, but the law states that if u dont pay parking tickets or park next to a fire hydrant somebody will tow it away.
im not sure how the law is on that in America, i never seen a fire hydrant in my country and base this post on things ive seen on TV

It actually does.
If i buy food for my dog, i pay for it making it mine. If somebody snatches a bag of dogfood out of the cart on the way to my car, that guy is a thief. He takes my posession.
I decide to give them to my dog as a gift, but in the first place that dogfood was my posession.

I know those 2 lie far appart. But my dog is my possession by law.
If your logic is true and she isnt my property, anybody could just pick her up and run off when im playing catch with her in the park. Because shes not my property i cant call the police, because that person never took anything away that was mine.

There is a difference between 'owning' a dog and having it as a possession.
To me, a possession is something that could get mistreated and no one would punish a person for it.
Example: If I owned an Ipad and I went and chucked it on the ground no one could stop me. If I tied my dog up and beat him senseless and someone saw, the police would fine and arrest me.
I know what you mean and I completely agree with you on the owning part.
I do not agree on the possessing part, I think those are 2 different things.

True justice is not what the law says, but the ability to know right and wrong and make judgement on what is truly right, not what the law allows at the time. I like people who do this sort of thing, they have enough balls to do the right thing, now its a factor of not getting caught.
