Unless he gets smuggled out (then he would have many more problems to deal with) most countries have regulations and laws against sex offenders traveling internationally. Unless it was a professional job (and let's be honest... its Jared Fogle), most likely he would be caught and then he is in even deeper shit. Taking his money with him would further complicate it. It's safe to assume (especially with his fame) that the chance of international escape would be incredibly low.
