Monster Hunter is one of those games that take a lot of time to really understand its genius. I rage quit and didn't play it for 2 months after I couldn't beat my first Royal Ludroth in MH3. Also, you can't find much actual challenge in the first 150 hours in most of Monster Hunter games, that's basically a tutorial for the real game. I guess the problem here is you're not a devoted gamer.
