Couldn't the waiter/waitress just slide the laminated menu back under the glass?
#84 - thasmackdown (12/10/2013) [-]
easier said than done. the water creates a seal with its own polarity, that is how it stays in the cup when the laminated paper is removed. but when u try to slide the paper back in the seal will be broken for a moment until u get it all the way across the diameter of the cup.

but ya if you are quick enough you can do it with little spillage that way.

Yeah, I understand the mechanics of it, and there would definitely be a little spillage, but it's also definitely the most efficient way, especially if you un-fold the menu first and use just one flap to slide under the glass

Grab handful of kitchen roll.
Wrap round glass.
Lift up slowly.
Not a drop spilled.

Your move, wanker customer.

No he doesnt... You see at the last second of that camera shot as he goes down his feet aren't touching the ceiling...

Its easier to balance if you bend your legs. You keep them straight when you lose balance and its really hard to regain balance without throwing a leg forward of backwards.

You have them bent you lose your balance you either begin to straighten your legs or bend your legs more to shift your centre of gravity backwards or forwards respectively.

That's part of the ceiling. What he's doing is crossing his legs to set up a form of balance.
