yeah 10 years in wrestling, 3(and counting) years bjj, 9 years lifting 4-7 days a week, 12 years of football. I legit ran almost every day from sprints to distance for those from age 5 to 18. I have no experience i physical training.

you went through military training with weighted bags/packs, boots, ad doing a bunch of other bullshit while ruing on a uneven surface....for years. I'm talking running miles everyday for a year. this isn't a life long investment of everyday.

There is also a man by the name of dean karnazes who ran 50 marathons over 50 days with no issue. Thai fighters in Thailand run everyday and a guarentee their training was a much more grueling day than you do/did.

The only issue the thai fighters have is trauma from impact they get during their fights.

so you're saying doing this for one year will literally ruing me 28years down the line all because I ran miles for 1 year when I was 22. I would like to see the studies showing that

All I can tell you is myself and many of my mates have spent two to three years in the military doing the same sort of things and our joints are ruined for life. I can barely climb stairs. If you had any of this experience you wouldn't be so cocky.

it's not difficult, draw a neutral flame and use filler rod like normal but...why? you accidentally bump the cutting valve and your puddle becomes a hole, and the thing is much bigger and heavier so mobility is impaired.

It's like hammering a nail with a pair of pliers. Yeah, you can do it but you look stupid for it.

That was exactly my point. Perform a weld with the cutting valve wide open, Then you'll be at his level. Just a joke anyway, but if someone could perform a nice even weld with a cutting torch with the o2 wide open I would be forever impressed.
