I closes up some holes and completes the story, it's not a whole new story but it explains alot and finishes what the base game started. The northern wastes were mentioned several times in the game but were never visited and scythe just kind of disappeared, pretty much more stuff/quests but if you're gonna play through the game anyway it's worth keeping on going, if you don't feel like playing through the game again or don't have a save that did already then it's not really a free standing addition but it's worth the extra two or so hours. If you don't wanna play the game again I can't say I blame you.

TL;DR yes, it's just extra stuff and quests but if you're gonna play through the game again it's worth continuing after the original ending.

True story, I believe if you still have your save you can play from there, it adds a couple of hours at least to the gameplay, comparable to shivering isles in oblivion I guess (not gameplay-wise but how much it adds and how enjoyable it is). If anything rush through the main game and get straight to the lost chapters if you don't feel like playing it again and don't have your save.

Fable 1 is the best of the 4...PERIOD.

I just figured you'd never played it before, it's worth a try, best in the series in my opinion, and it lets you understand the hate for 2 and 3. If you have played it and know the difference then it's still worth playing again if you haven't played it in a few years. But I assume since you own the game you have played it before, in which case I misunderstood you and I apologize.

no i've played fable 1 but not lost chapters because i didn't think it would be worth it to play the storyline again just for a few extra quests, but if you're saying that it is worth it im willing to give it a try. its not your fault tho, its just hard to communicate properly over the damn internet.

You could pick up fable the lost chapters (fable 1 with a bunch more shit to do) for like 10 buck on amazon, I think it's like 15 buck for the pc version. Well worth it, if you played it you would understand all the hate for the second and third and even though you can't be a girl I can guarantee you won't regret buying it, especially at that price.
