being/feeling attractive (aka just doing what that link says) will give you confidence
hitting the gym 3/5 time a week is also unbelievably good for building confidence

go out on the weekend with your new found friends and have fun with pretty girls man!

life will be a lot more fun once you get out of this situation :)

realizing it was a hard pill for me to swallow, but it turned out to be a blessing in disguise.

fuck being popular, the popular kids spend their time building a sweet reputation in school but the second everyone leaves school they have nothing going for themselves.

little trick for shyness:- the saying is 'act confident' right? .
but you're gonna act so confident it won't be called acting it'll actually be confidence! remember nobody's born confident with balls of steel.

Okay so there is a group of friends , there's 4 of us the new guy, my "best friend" and another one of my good friends. he talks about things i have no knowledge of, and when i ask to change the subject he comllketley ignores me and goes on with the conversation. And sometimes he sends video links to him and my other good friend then comlpetely left me out. Plus sometimes he went to the movies with them without inviting me... and the 4 of us hang out at school 24/7

i've been in the situation myself it's harsh and there's no reason behind it.

you're probably best off finding a new group of mates and not showing any emotion to your 'friend'.

seriously all these things such as being left out of activity's and blocked out of conversation will be a thing of the past. use the time between now and finding your new friends to re-invent yourself if that interests you :)
