Yea that stuff works, it's not extremely healthy though of course so if I'd recommend a little here and there when you aren't getting any results for a while, like no progress, know what I'm saying? I had those times where it would be a month before I could increase my max. And your size, Like i said you should be where i'm at when you're 16 to AT LEAST be average, but at that rate you'll probably be a beast man. Little advice, when you hit 300, it gets way harder to increase your max, so don't expect to fly on through, but the 200's are relatively easy, you avoid injury and keep at it and you'll hit the 300's in less than a year
