 Yeah, Mendel was so fucking lucky he picked a trait that followed his laws. Otherwise he would've given it up and it would've taken a lot longer to figure it out (he definitely wasn't the first to experiment with genetics). | ||

Such as eye color, which is generally the example that's used. For that we would need to know the eye colors of the grandparents as well to see if they have the recessive genes.
