you will just have to figure it out and i like gardening as well, the name of the wind is the first book in a series the concept is the books are the bibliography of a fictional character and his journies in life, they are very well written and very entertaining. the electric angel series is a series of books which has a very interesting approach to magic and exponential characters.

I'll have to figure it out, huh?.. I was never too good at mystery games. perhaps I can get a hint?

and the electric angel series catches my attention.. I like everyone's different approach to the fundamentals of magic and how it should work. Do you have a favorite book?
#96 - tomanyusernames (05/06/2013) [-]
no, its no fun if i give you hints and no i dont really have a favorite book ive read to many, though right now the one's im most interested in is the novels for sword art online.
#97 - gardenmanly (05/06/2013) [-]
Ah, well I'll just have to brush up on my detective skills!

You know... to this day my favorite book is (and might always be) Mike Mulligan and his steam shovel.. (please don't make fun of me)
It is a book I read as a kid over and over again about this guy named mike and his steam shovel mary anne, but then new power shovels got introduced, once that could work faster and harder than mike and mary anne, so they set out to prove themselves that they could dig just as well. It is only something like 10 or 15 pages.. but it just always makes me feel happy
#98 - tomanyusernames (05/06/2013) [-]
i wont make fun of you darling, in fact what is still one of my favorite books is a book for young readers though its topic is rather mature
#99 - gardenmanly (05/06/2013) [-]
what book might that be?
#100 - tomanyusernames (05/06/2013) [-]
its a book that never went into print called solider X it was a gift to me from my elementary school librarian, its a book about a Russian boy and his life though world war two, in hind site it was a much more mature book then i should have been reading at that age but i still love the book today.

I apologize, but I have come down with a cold as of yesterday and so I am not feeling at my peak. That and the time difference between west coast and east cost makes me have to tell you that I need some sleep. It has been nice getting to know you, I hope you do not forget about me by the time the morning comes. Adieu, my friend

I have not read a good book in a while, but my interests vary as well. Currently I am reading a book about Nikola Tesla (a biography actually), but my favorite books to read are adventure/fantasy, particularly involving dragons, I'm a nerd like that sometimes. Gaming, I will play anything that keeps my attention, though my favorites again are adventure type, such as LOZ

By the way, are you male or female? (you do not necessarily have to answer, I am just curious)

#87 - gardenmanly (05/06/2013) [-]
Well part of the reason I was struggling with what to do for college was that I have a lot of different interests. I like to sculpt, I like to take apart and reassemble engines, I enjoy animals and I like fixing things that are broken, I love movies and I love old things, I like to cook (though I am not very good...) and I like to garden.

What about you, do you have any hobbies (likewise, you do not have to share if you prefer not to)

I am from the US as well, do you currently attend a college or are you younger/older than that?
#82 - tomanyusernames (05/06/2013) [-]
im currently attending college darling, how about you
User avatar #83 - gardenmanly (05/06/2013) [-]
Well.. currently attending a post-highschool form of education. I had debated college but couldnt decide where I wanted to go, so I went to trade school for a sort of gap-year.

Is your college west-coast or east-coast?
#84 - tomanyusernames (05/06/2013) [-]
im on the west coast darling, how about you
#85 - gardenmanly (05/06/2013) [-]
I'm on the east coast actually

So is this your first, second, third, or final year of college?
#86 - tomanyusernames (05/06/2013) [-]
im still in my first year myself, do you mind sharing what some of your hobbies if you dont want to tell me thats fine

What about you, do you have any hobbies (likewise, you do not have to share if you prefer not to)
#88 - tomanyusernames (05/06/2013) [-]
my hobbies are much less spread out then yours darling and less interesting i enjoy gaming, reading, writing and listening to music.
#89 - gardenmanly (05/06/2013) [-]
Those are plenty interesting, I am very easily convinced to curl up with a nice book by a window or to lay down in the grass listening to some music.

What do you like to read/write? and what types of games are you into?
#90 - tomanyusernames (05/06/2013) [-]
i will read anything that catches my eye so on a give time i could be reading the coute of Monte Cristo or some girly romance novel im strange like that. As for games my favorit type would be Rpg's. how about you darling
User avatar #91 - gardenmanly (05/06/2013) [-]
I have not read a good book in a while, but my interests vary as well. Currently I am reading a book about Nikola Tesla (a biography actually), but my favorite books to read are adventure/fantasy, particularly involving dragons, I'm a nerd like that sometimes. Gaming, I will play anything that keeps my attention, though my favorites again are adventure type, such as LOZ

By the way, are you male or female? (you do not necessarily have to answer, I am just curious)
#92 - tomanyusernames (05/06/2013) [-]
i have decided that i am a cat, since im in a catty mode today as for books have you read the book the name of the wind, or electric angels?

I am in fact planning a trip to Italy fairly soon! so there is that

and well I do not know if its my favorite, but it is up there for sure

I have not watched much -- whenever I get started on a new anime I tend to get obsessive over it until I finish...
My favorites include:
FMA
D-Gray Man
Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya
Angelbeats
Ouran High School Host Club

and then of course I love all of the Miyazaki films, but those do not particularly count as anime..

Then a cat you shall be for now! I would at some point like to learn your gender, if you're a guy then you seem like a super chill guy willing to admit he reads romance novels from time to time (I used to get teased a bit for enjoying gardening..) and if you're a girl then you seem like a very easy to hang out with kind of girl (I don't know many girl gamers or even anime fans personally)

I have not read either of those books, are they good? What are they about?
#94 to #93 - tomanyusernames (05/06/2013) [-]
you will just have to figure it out and i like gardening as well, the name of the wind is the first book in a series the concept is the books are the bibliography of a fictional character and his journies in life, they are very well written and very entertaining. the electric angel series is a series of books which has a very interesting approach to magic and exponential characters.
User avatar #95 to #94 - gardenmanly (05/06/2013) [-]
I'll have to figure it out, huh?.. I was never too good at mystery games. perhaps I can get a hint?

and the electric angel series catches my attention.. I like everyone's different approach to the fundamentals of magic and how it should work. Do you have a favorite book?
#96 to #95 - tomanyusernames (05/06/2013) [-]
no, its no fun if i give you hints and no i dont really have a favorite book ive read to many, though right now the one's im most interested in is the novels for sword art online.
#97 to #96 - gardenmanly (05/06/2013) [-]
Ah, well I'll just have to brush up on my detective skills!

You know... to this day my favorite book is (and might always be) Mike Mulligan and his steam shovel.. (please don't make fun of me)
It is a book I read as a kid over and over again about this guy named mike and his steam shovel mary anne, but then new power shovels got introduced, once that could work faster and harder than mike and mary anne, so they set out to prove themselves that they could dig just as well. It is only something like 10 or 15 pages.. but it just always makes me feel happy
#98 to #97 - tomanyusernames (05/06/2013) [-]
i wont make fun of you darling, in fact what is still one of my favorite books is a book for young readers though its topic is rather mature
#99 to #98 - gardenmanly (05/06/2013) [-]
what book might that be?
#100 to #99 - tomanyusernames (05/06/2013) [-]
its a book that never went into print called solider X it was a gift to me from my elementary school librarian, its a book about a Russian boy and his life though world war two, in hind site it was a much more mature book then i should have been reading at that age but i still love the book today.

Thank you very much, I will have to give a few of those a look-see!

And I don't even know of any other VNs besides katawa shoujo, but I absolutely loved it so I'm sure I would enjoy others

After finishing Lilly's path, a few weeks later I was in an antiques store and found a music box that was broken so I bought it, took it apart, and fixed it. Now I like to listen to it just play nice and softly on relaxing days

So what of you? While I am enjoying the friendly conversation, I feel like I hardly know of you. Might I learn a little more about the person you are?

Well.. currently attending a post-highschool form of education. I had debated college but couldnt decide where I wanted to go, so I went to trade school for a sort of gap-year.

Is your college west-coast or east-coast?

im still in my first year myself, do you mind sharing what some of your hobbies if you dont want to tell me thats fine
#87 to #86 - gardenmanly (05/06/2013) [-]
Well part of the reason I was struggling with what to do for college was that I have a lot of different interests. I like to sculpt, I like to take apart and reassemble engines, I enjoy animals and I like fixing things that are broken, I love movies and I love old things, I like to cook (though I am not very good...) and I like to garden.

What about you, do you have any hobbies (likewise, you do not have to share if you prefer not to)
#88 to #87 - tomanyusernames (05/06/2013) [-]
my hobbies are much less spread out then yours darling and less interesting i enjoy gaming, reading, writing and listening to music.

Those are plenty interesting, I am very easily convinced to curl up with a nice book by a window or to lay down in the grass listening to some music.

What do you like to read/write? and what types of games are you into?

i will read anything that catches my eye so on a give time i could be reading the coute of Monte Cristo or some girly romance novel im strange like that. As for games my favorit type would be Rpg's. how about you darling
User avatar #91 to #90 - gardenmanly (05/06/2013) [-]
I have not read a good book in a while, but my interests vary as well. Currently I am reading a book about Nikola Tesla (a biography actually), but my favorite books to read are adventure/fantasy, particularly involving dragons, I'm a nerd like that sometimes. Gaming, I will play anything that keeps my attention, though my favorites again are adventure type, such as LOZ

By the way, are you male or female? (you do not necessarily have to answer, I am just curious)
#92 to #91 - tomanyusernames (05/06/2013) [-]
i have decided that i am a cat, since im in a catty mode today as for books have you read the book the name of the wind, or electric angels?

Hello! I don't think I've said anything to you either ever so don't feel bad or anything. I just saw either a comment or content of yours that made me chuckle and I recognized your name from other comments or content that made me chuckle, so I figured I would ask to be your friend (much like the other 2 friends I have on here). I am doing well! How are you?
User avatar #3 to #2 - jabsgreywarden (03/01/2013) [-]
Doing great, i guess. Just trying to be up all in my friends business. which is bad, because each of their fj profiles say that they are male. I KNOW that 6 of them are male. but other than that, im doing good.
