I'll admit things are true if they are true. DBZ being repetitive and "the same thing each arc" is a common misconception and not true at all. Same goes for it not having depth, character development, etc.

but here is the bigger question y is it that they are remaking a good but old serious y you never see that happen in anime from my opion as a dragon ball z fan thats a no no and i have been to anime expo and ask the original voice actor for vageta for his thoughts on this and he said they shouldent have done it

That's very true. On the subject of people coming back form the dead, I watched the movie "Flatliners" in my Senior religion class; it was really interesting and thought provoking. It obviously has a supernatural inclination to it but I would reccomend it.
