It's also not perfectly from the side, and it's a male booty.

With those 2 factors considered, that booty is actually pretty damn phat.

Well now that they have no child to look after ( because they killed it) they should be in prison. It would prevent them from killing any future kids.

>Charging people with "negligence" and "murder" is no slight matter.
letting your child die despite easily accessible meds is no slight matter.

and its hardly ignorance
its wide knowledge at this point that hospitals have meds and are required to help.

you're right. maybe it was arrogance instead/as well as ignorance, but what I'm saying is that these people should not be jailed for it. It's not like they were intentionally killing their child. They were not easily letting their child die. It was their child, and although it wasn't intelligent of them, the child was theirs and theirs alone to take care of.

> Should we also persecute parents in famine stricken Africa for not feeding their children properly?

how is this even relevant? people in africa dont have access to food
these parents had direct access to a hospital that has medicine.

>Feeding and caring for your children is an inherent trait and a right for the child.

fixing your childrens illnesses to the best of your ability is a part of caring for the child.
that means using the best means to cure illnesses. not sticking with home remedies because "Tradition"

Charging people with "negligence" and "murder" is no slight matter. Convictions of these types of charges could mean multiple years in prison because they tried doing what they felt was right.. Ignorance not and excuse? These people seemingly made a big mistake and are paying for it, I'm sure.

... Come on man. This isn't a cold/flu situation. The toddler's body was paralyzed and they fed him hot peppers rather than take him to a hospital.

oh, well maybe I didn't fully read and appreciate the post.. I've just had a few drinks(sake) and wanted to tirade a bit. I concede and digress. Parents do ultimately have the final say of what to do with their children tho, I think. I just don't think they should be jailed and/or persecuted for what they did. I'm sure, if what they did was all for life and love, that they probably have suffered, and will continue to suffer, for a long time.
