Honestly? I don't think Silver Knight would be a good armour choice.

Their spear is good however, and I've heard that their sword is good.

Their shield is the best mid-shield.

I thought it was unupgradable.

Silver stats at +5-
Phys: 80.6
Magic: 40.3
Fire: 44.9
Lightning: 52.7

Elite Knight stats at +10:
Phys: 94.1
Magic: 41.1
Fire: 43.6
Lightning: 36.3

Making EK better for phys/magic, worse for Fire/Lightning. But you could always just get Flash Sweat for fire enemies.

Silver knight armour: 12.0
Elite Knight armour: 11.7

Making EK lighter

This was only a comparison of the chests. The other armour pieces will have a higher difference in weight.
