that's nice. his hard work doesn't discredit the hard work of those rich folks who earned their money honestly. he is not entitled to those people's money. If you think otherwise, feel free to go live in a communist country, where you can work as hard as you want and still only earn as much as your lazy neighbor who does nothing with his life.

Granted, morally, several rich people in this country shouldn't have the money they do (see Beyonce, Bieber, etc.). but the only reason those people have money is because the public throws money at them for doing stupid, worthless bullshit. At the very least, they didn't scam anyone or earn their money dishonestly.

It's not to support the lazy people, it's to support those that work hard doing the shit jobs that are required to run life. My family's ALWAYS worked hard and yet we've struggled so much. There aren't nearly as many lazy people as those that exaggerate the truth make it seem to be. The majority of people that need that help ACTUALLY NEED that help.

and there aren't as many rich snobs as everyone says, either. Both upper and lower classes have a lot of hard workers, sure, but both classes are constantly attacking the wrong people.

It's unfair to take hard-earned money from the upper class by saying that the lower class works harder than them, especially since the concept of hard work is COMPLETELY subjective.

mind you, I'm not saying that the upper class shouldn't pay taxes. I think the way taxes are right now is a small enough fraction to not affect life too much but still divert enough money to the government to keep things running properly.

It's hard to say really, I know that there's a certain amount of money that once you reach it it's just standing money and it's not doing anything, and I'm not trying to attack, I just get annoyed because EVERY argument I hear about economics and taxes calls those that need help lazy when it's just not the case... I've been hearing it since Obama got into office and it sickens me that people just loop those that abuse the system with those that actually do need a hand...

again, there's irrational arguments on both sides. But I can understand why you're annoyed. Political arguments on the internet are just... frustrating.
