It's this stupid "group" of self proclaimed bad asses who flag pictures for shits and giggles and flag avatars to get people banned and other crazy little pranks that they (only them) think are funny.

Designer is the main man, but the account "funnyjunk" was there to check and balance things to make sure it doesnt get to haywire. I'm glad there are people watching over us that havent been power corrupted. Faith in humanity = restored.

But you are just letting him leave? Without any notice, doesn't sound too professional for a corporation such as yours. Have you spoken to him on the phone/in person to discuss his leaving? I can't see how someone would leave a job because he doesn't get along with the customers.

He had power to ban / remove users / pictures but that was removed as of a few days ago. If he chooses to leave, that is fine. The site will not crash or break nor can he hurt it. To put it in more simple terms, he was a code contributor.
