I agree. I've been playing on some more Doomsday servers with a few of my friends and the rounds are longer if the teams are balanced. I think the longest I've had was 6 or 7 minutes. I agree with the whole Engineer dilemma. They usually build sentries down by the spawns or the bottom of the rocket, so people on the lift are easily shielded and out of view of the sentries/Engineers.

I dunno, I think the rounds take way too short a time. I think the record was like a minute and a half on the server I was on.

Well, it can be fast, but if you get really good teams on both sides it can feel pretty intense. Fighting over the top and what not.

I was in a game that took 10 minutes or so.

On a side note, I wish engineers would learn to start building stuff up top, there is no ammo or health up there so a dispenser could actually really help a team.

I don't think I did, but you never know. But I agree, they should have prepared for this.

Also I was very disappointed with the new game mode.

The same thing happened last year after Meet the Medic came out, servers were overloaded and the system went potato


MFW I lost two hats last year because I didn't know the crafting system was broken.

I didn't have as big of a problem last year as I had this year, but I remember that. You think they would have prepared knowing what these huge updates are capable of.
