I reached 11 on the map five. Im level 19 online and 5 on combat training.

Why u play combat training so much?

I don't, but if you set the difficulty to recruit, make it a 1 vs 9, set the score limit to 30000 on TDM, and then set your killstreaks as Blackbird, Chopper Gunner, and Dogs you will go up REALLY fast. I go 300-15 every round.
