It matters what you're using your brain for. It's kinda like saying "My car only uses 10% of it's total capacity" . Well actually no, if you are idling then maybe yeah, but if you are accelerating on the highway it will use more. Same with the brain maybe for some simple functions like watching TV (or browsing FJ) your brain doesn't use it's full capacity (still more than 10% though that's incredibly low) but when you are using your brain for intense thought processes like math or debating you will use any and all parts of your brain that are beneficial.

Why would evolution shape our brain consume the most energy than any other organ (weight to energy ratio) if it's just gonna use 10% of it? Doesn't make sense. And for the most part evolution may cause some stupid things but it is efficient for survival.

If you really believe that we only use 10 percent of our brain that perhaps you really do only use 10 percent of it.

omfg yes we use all of our brain!!!!!!!!!!!!! what you guys are thinking of is our main process's and things on day to day basis but what i mean we only harness 10% of its actual brain power.
