I disagree. Uploading an unrelated picture would at least mean you put some thought into what image you chose to upload, i.e. it would either be a funny picture or some other interesting thing, instead of for instance the first image you rolled, a screencap of a boring comment..

My grandpa died a few years ago. He had Alzheimer's. His state of mental wellness slowly declined throughout the end of his life, and, as a result, he could not remember us as we visited him. We got to see him there slowly draining away until he finally took his last breath.
