 Because a console endorses the games production and that's what generally pays for it. The developers never really get the whole cut. Also, the company has been with sony since ps1. #80 -

No. They'd rather it exist across all platforms, because that's more money for them. The only people who care about exclusives are the companies who make the consoles. Bloodborne is PS4 exclusive because Sony paid an enormous amount of money to make it exclusive. They want it only for their system, because that encourages people to buy their system when they otherwise might not. #77 -
