afriendlyanon (05/13/2013) [-] Let's see, in terms of gun play, it is. No weapon is overpowered. Ammo, range, fire-rate, reload and recoil makes sure of that. There are only limited upgrades, each with only a slight enhancement each. Grenades are balanced as well. The most important part, however, is the campaign, a game where you literally cannot rush except for on normal and lower. At Legendary, it's like playing army after army that actually learns what you do and how do it. Once you add on mythic and other skulls, you aren't facing an army anymore. It's like fighting an army of UFC Fighters trained in military combat their entire life. While commanding fleets. That's when you have to basically run backwards the entire time while frantically trying to kill the Grunts while looking for an opening to assassinate the Elites. Maybe balance wasn't the right word. A game where you are outnumbered and outgunned isn't balanced. It's just a straight up challenge. At any rate, multiplayer is built for rushing, but suits all styles minus camping. It's balanced as hell.  #73258

Light weapons counter them at long range. Vehicles are rarely around too. And that's war. All of the tools are there to be balanced, and when two groups of players at the same skill level play, it is balanced. I don't get how people can say one weapon having the possibility of killing someone in one hit at close range makes it overpowered. It means nothing if you can't hit them. #73424

Yes, it means nothing if you can't hit, but it works like that with EVERY weapon, in any game. I don't know what makes you think this is "balanced". Maybe light weapons DO counter them. But if they have a light weapon too, what does it matter? Maybe they DON'T have a lot of ammo, but even if you only get a couple shots, you can get a kill with each of those shots. I don't see how this is 'balanced'. One guy finds the Shotgun, picks it up, starts killing everyone in range with it. But oh, there's that guy too far away with a Battle Rifle. Guy with the Shotgun loses, right? Well, no, because he can hold two weapons, you see? So he has a Battle Rifle too. Balance would be when you pick up that Shotgun, you have to get rid of the weapons that make up for where it falls short. So, whenever that guy with the Shotgun comes up to that situation where he's out of range, he doesn't have a way to counter it, and he dies. A game that allows you to effectively make yourself a powerhouse with no weaknesses is not balanced. #73182

But I thought it was pretty well executed minus the fact there were a crap ton of minor glitches. The combat system revamp made it fluid as hell, and the the parkour transition was fluid. There are female characters I like but that's usually restricted to their universe. i.e. I don't compare the girls from Hentai Ouji to the ones from OreGairu. But for the 360, the games yeorgh mentioned are good. And what hawtsawce said is true as well, the 360 just doesn't have many good exclusives on it. So any game with good Single player you would've most likely already played on the PS3. But other than the ones already mentioned: Dragon Age:Origins Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen Mass Effect 1 & 2 ( 3 is the one that had the 'bad ending' that no one liked) Kingdoms of Amalur:Reckoning Alan Wake Bayonetta Fable 2 But again, most of these probably had a PS3 counterpart so there's a strong possibility you played them already, the 360 is mainly a multiplayer console. #73120

roflsaucer (05/13/2013) [-] I would 100% recommend DA:Origins, it's mainly story driven so don't look for TOO much in the gameplay, although it is pretty enjoyable if you find the class setup you like. Alan Wake is more of a suspense game than horror, it's actually really good. You might be able to find a demo or something, but I would recommend at least trying it. Bayonetta is just a fast-paced hack-and-slash action game, there isn't much more to it. #73158

Almost every time I have a Teemo on my team he has close to no assists, regardless of how many fights he's been in, as he gets all the kills. | ||
