I probably will refuse outright, but doing that leads to principals office at my school, and my principal has pending assault charges on me for saying the phrase in a calm voice as he yelled in my face "I'm tired of getting fucked over by you"
I guess he couldn't file a charge against me for that. The cop told me I have a year to keep my nose clean (no fights or other broken laws) and doing that isn't illegal, but he exagerated what happened that led to the police coming to the school, so he probably would with this.
