That's very true. Remember that was after the US (as well as Britain, China, Australia and an assload of other armies fed up with Japan's shit) fought it out- during that time, Japan and Russia had something of a mutual agreement not to attack each other because each was trying to deal with it's respective front. Had the US not opposed Japan's naval power, Japan would have theoretically been able to defeat Russia, Australia, and China.

There wasn't really much Japan could do against the USSR though. Eastern part of it didn't and stiff doesn't have much in it. Most of the main cities and the population is located in the Western part. So I'm not really sure what kind of agreement USSR would've made with Japan.

...only if they were distributing the copies? I'm not trying to start any arguments, but I don't think the ESRB is part of any legislation. Can't speak for Pegi, though.

I'm not sure how it works with cybercafes, but with stores in the US the sellers can be held legally accountable for selling games to minors. That's pretty much the main reason why stores like gamestop got so strict with checking IDs on M rated titles.

Then again, OP didn't say where he lived so it may still be bullshit

Probably, I've never heard of someone arrested for playing games below an age. If anything the person running the cybercafe would be in trouble.

I guess it really depends on your chain of command. I'm not trying to say what it's like throughout all of the U.S military I'm just sharing my experiences. While we're on the subject of drinking, Germans make really good drinking buddies and hefeweissen is the best damn beer I ever had.

I'm in the Army, when I was in Germany we still had to live by our laws so a few of the single soldiers in the barracks weren't allowed to have alcohol.
User avatar #172 - fpsnoob (01/03/2014) [-]
Well that's weird. I'm in the Air Force, and I was just in Japan during the summer, and both AF and Navy stationed there were allowed to drink at 20.
