I dont think that, a $1500 rig could achieve that at 1080p.
However he wanted a flashy gaming rig with a 1440p monitor and custom liquid cooling, for him to get max settings and all that you need to be spending that much.

Really, if you knocked the monitor and custom water of the price of the rig I specced, its a $2000 rig.

Actually, the rig I specced was $2500 with the 1440p monitor and custom water budget of $600. Knock those off and you get the $1500 rig I was referring too.

Maybe it doesnt require to be online every 24h, but I do not really get why Steam is seen so positively. Steam was the first System to introduce this online DRM stuff. Steam killed the PC market for used games by making it impossible to sell anything. So honestly, even as a pure PC player I really don't undestand all the affection Steam gets. I mean sure the deals are great etc. but there are downsides.

Perfect DRM is when there is no DRM. If I buy a car or whatever I want to be able to sell it at some point... And if you buy brand-new games it's not really cheap.

Nobody's forcing you to buy from Steam if you don't want to. The contract says clearly that you're not allowed to sell the games. But, if you buy copies for a friend, you get a discount.

murder 1 is spur of the moment
murder 2 is thought out
or the other way around, i cant remember.

manslaughter is just a lesser charge to murder 1
