To put it clear, you "might" agree sexual activity at 12, but you can still be prosecuted for having sex with a minor unless 18.

Basically it means that as long as no one present charges against you it is legal, but if said minor or the parents decide to, they can jail your ass for having relationships with a minor.

Having sex with anyone younger than that means auto-jail, charges presented or not.

No, the IQ measurement is found out and tested against the Stanford-Binet Intelligence scales developed in 1916. Einstein was around after 1916 so the IQ test even if it wasnt called the IQ test back when he would have taken it was in existence, sorry to burst your bubble.
