They are, as Disney said to 501st Fan Group.
Since 501st is doing great job promoting Star Wars and a lot of charity work, Disney is keeping them happy by not changing 501st canon.
Especially since they were already named in the movies and used in the clone wars series.

Not canon? They're in the movies and the current cartoon.
User avatar #75 - formidableguy (1 hour ago) [-]
yeah, they are actually, but its not stated any more if they were kept by Vader after the Clone Wars,

as that was all in books and Star Wars Batlefront 2.

what greyhoundfd said, Civ IV kinda did that. Each leader had two policies, and any leaders with civs in common had one same policy. Gandhi and Ahsoka, the two Indian leaders, had spirituality in common, for example.

That's actually kinda like what Civ IV did.

That would be an awesome feature.

Me and a mate were discussing it the other day and it's something I thought would be easy to implement but also bring a larger life to the game!

The only problem is that some civ's may not have 3 world leaders worth using.

FDR was the first Democratic, non-laissez faire president in a decade or so who gave what he promised - constant, ever-changing experimentation. Instead of doing what previous presidents did for the economy (almost nothing), he did one program after another to get the country out of the Great Depression. If it didn't work, he'd quit on the idea and try something else; if it did work, he'd move onto the next problem. We actually were getting out of the depression before we even entered the war. If we didn't enter the war, we still would have gotten out of it thanks to him (more slowly, though), and without resorting to communism and whatever else was floating around at the time.

And you have a nice day, too! I'm gonna go and get some sushi now

Yeah, admittedly I didn't know much about French and British actions after the war, so I just assumed the British were also as equally pissed as the French were. I actually did type out the isolationism becoming huge in America at the time, too, but decided to delete it for some reason. Oh well.

Whatever; if we didn't have WW2, we wouldn't have had FDR in office for 4 terms (4th cut short because of death), and I wouldn't be able to point out how he had 2x as many terms under his belt as any other president to the assholes who like to call him a bad president. I'm not shitting you - there's a large population in the US that truly believes that FDR was one of the worst presidents we had.
User avatar #42 - formidableguy (03/27/2015) [-]
Britain was pissed but we didn't chase the war reparations to a similar degree as France and Belgium, but it is understandable they had their countries directly ravaged by yeas of war something Britain and the US didn't experience.

That's fair enough, I haven't read much on US president's so I wouldn't know much about FDR, my experience their is limited to there being a debate over if the New Deal was actually as good for the US as it is seen!

Anyway, have a nice day im going to leave before the shitstorm blow's up on this content
