I'm with you on this. They are enjoyable, but extremely short and not worth the initial price tag. The series has a much larger focus on story than gameplay, which is what most people complain about, but I found the gameplay to be adequate for the type of game. Sure, it isn't going to be realistic but few games out there are realistic and almost every game that involves shooting likes to make it like everyone is wearing body armor and can take a number of shots before going down. The people that didn't like them seemed to be expecting something like CoD or Battlefield, where there is no longer a story and everyone just plays online where they spend hundreds to thousands of hours just shooting each other, calling each other niggers and making references to banging each others' mothers. They also forget that video games are very subjective and that their opinions and mine, for that matter, are just opinions and not facts.
