China was supportive of the last set of sanctions placed on North Korea because they are growing tired of their shit and because North Korea had just tested a nuke near the Chinese border. China seems to be actively trying to improve relations with the western world, and North Korea spouting off constant threats of war and nuclear retaliation for no reason is detrimental to this process and they aren't going to put up with it much longer.

Also, that thing about a nuke most liking hitting China is more of a shot at their long range missile technology, which is incredibly inaccurate. So, if they tried to launch a missile anywhere other than South Korea, such as Japan or the US, they would most likely end up hitting China or the an ocean.

However, two conditions usually must be met; 1) the aid must be given at the scene of the emergency, and. 2) if the "volunteer" has other motives, such as the hope of being paid a fee or reward, then the law will not apply.

I don't think there is necessarily a way to prove you want a reward unless you explicitly ask for one. I believe you have to actively seek a reward or fee from the victim for the law to not apply. You can hope someone will pay you after saving their life, but if you don't actually ask for some form of payment then they couldn't use that against you in a lawsuit.

This whole rape idea is a bit different though. Obviously, if someone accuses the person that just saved their life of some form of sexual misconduct, there would be an investigation into the matter, as there should be. However, in such incidences, there are often multiple witnesses, and there are ways to check for signs of rape and sexual misconduct if they are performed immediately. Unfortunately, a lot of rape victims don't go to the police right away and their cases are never resolved and a lot of "professional victims" take advantage of situations like this to ruin someone else's life, to prove a point or just for monetary gain and attention. However, a lot of third wave feminists have no idea of what actual rape is and a man just looking at them can trigger an often violent reaction, so I wouldn't be surprised if one of them decided to accuse a lifeguard of rape because he touched his mouth to hers while blowing air into her lungs during CPR.

Most of the Republican candidates are Tea Party members and as such will try to force their religion on the entire country and undo everything and anything that Obama did simply because Obama did it and they seem to view him as the anti-Christ. The only Republican candidate that I can think of that isn't directly attached to the Tea Party other than Trump is Chris Christie and he doesn't do anything other than talk a big game while treating everyone like they are retarded. As a resident of New Jersey I can say that he did nothing to benefit the state. All he did was cut taxes, most strongly affecting the richest residents, while cutting funding to everything including schools, hospitals, parks services and emergency services. On top of this, he has a tendency to belittle anyone that points out his massive flaws and was linked to shutting down one of the busiest bridges in the world which led to a 4 day traffic jam.

Hilary, as I said earlier, is just a corporate mouthpiece and will bend over backwards catering to massive corporations while systematically trying to pass new laws that limit our rights (pretty much more of what the last two presidents have done). Sanders is the only one that seems like he actually wants to do some good but that may or may not be a show he is putting on just to get into office. Personally, I think he is currently the best candidate, but that could easily change.

At the moment, polls show both Clinton and Sanders as being far ahead all the GOP candidates which are currently being led by Trump by a huge margin. However, polls of republican voters have shown that almost 1/4 of republican voters would never vote for Trump so, if he were to get the Republican nomination, they would certainly lose the election. This is all still very early, so it could easily and drastically change as the mud slinging shifts into a higher gear.
