I just tried it out on an older laptop. I got a message from chrome saying that the site had malware on it. Since I was on an old POS laptop I tried it anyway. It ttoo forever to load, and the file I downloaded wasn't the pdf, but a file downloader. I stopped after that and deleted the downloader. So yes, it's a pretty sketchy link. In fact, I think I've gotten hit with malware before from websites that also redirect to places with "me2" in their url's. For the benefit of anyone reading, if ylu try to download something and you see "me2" in the url, it's probably infested with malware.
