That does not change no matter what you said prior. People don't get pardons from attacking people because the victim in question had a disagreeable opinion.

That's a different charge, they are not arrested because they restricted your speech, but because they assaulted/vandalized.

In a minor case, if someone put up a poster and someone else tore it down, the person who tore it down can't be arrested on any charges.

Taking down a poster is not illegal, just as long as it is not on private property.

That's not how vandalism nor posters work. I don't know about Germany's specific laws, but generally placing a poster or personal sign of some sort on public property leaves it open to be defaced, damaged, and removed as the public wishes.
