| Depends on how much protein is in the supplement. So if it's about 20-25g of protein I'd say take maybe 2-3 servings a day and to get the rest of your protein from other sources. #8996

| Whenever you want to, just get it in. I also recommend stuff like turkey and tuna sandwiches. As long as you don't go overboard with bread and stuff it's okay to have it. | I'd say get protein powder if you can, but bars can do the trick as well. Look for "Pure Protein Bars" 200 calories and 20g protein per bar, usually around 1-1.50$ each, probably cheaper in bulk as well. Also, try to cut down on carbs if you can eat like no more than 125g a day if possible. I know this seems difficult, but if you're willing to set up a meal plan with an excel sheet or something it can really set you on the fast track. #8981

| Yeah, and try to space it out if you can. Drinking a lot of water in one sitting can make you feel like shit (it will still work, just try to avoid it). And make sure you're eating enough protein, at least 100g a day with your weight. (You want to eat 1g per pound of weight, but I wouldn't recommend that for someone who's just getting into weight loss and nutrition.) #8979

| www.livestrong.com/article/200955-how-to-drink-a-gallon-of-water-a-day-to-lose-weight/ Essentially people who drink more water are less likely to go overboard when eating and it can also help speed up digestion.
