Not true, the Baratheon brothers have a grandmother who was a Targaryn, so Stannis, Robert, and Renly all have some dragon blood, and they all have black hair. The reason they are mostly silver haired is because of the inbreeding.

Simple, Jon Snow is the love child of Lyanna Stark and Rhaegar Targaryn.

Though the common story is that Rhaegar kidnapped Lyanna, at some tournament it was revealed that Rhaegar and Lyanna may have had a relationship. Rhaegar and Lyanna ran away to Dorne, where Rhaegar left Lyanna in a tower gaurded by three members of the kings gaurd. Ned and a number of guys (I wanna say nine) went to Dorne to rescue Lyanna, all the guys died except for Ned and Howland Reed. Ned then finds Lyanna in the tower, bleeding heavily (possibly a result of child birth), she dies, time passes, and all of a sudden Ned appears at Riverrun with a baby. That is why Ned is so tight lip about the identity of Jon's mother.

There is also the fact Aemon says that the dragon has three heads, then he dies, meaning that there are only one known Targeryn, one possible Targeryn, and one unknown, the unknown being Jon.

I'd just like to add to this theory (which I believe is true too); Lyanna is in a bed of her blood when Ned finds her and he makes the promise to her - who would've caused her to bleed? It's most likely childbirth.

I think one of the main problems is also with Ned himself; Ned is a man whose honour means everything to him, it's completely out of character for him to suddenly have an affair. The only time Ned has forsaken his honour (that we know of) is when he withdrew his claims about Joffrey being an incest-born child, and he only did this to protect his children.

Besides, I think wanna of the key progressions in Jon's character is that he's starting to realize that Honor isn't going to save the world, doing the right thing will, even when it goes against honor (kinda like Davos).

Well, a member of the nights watch serves for life, or in other words, until they die. Jon Snow dies, Melissandre resurrects him (because he is Azor Ahai, if you believe the rumors), so on a technicality, he can fuck and marry Dany.
