Ditto, I'm in mechanical engineering and i have a shitload of assignments due for every class.

However I'm taking an anthropology class and I don't have any assignments in that.

It's completely dependant on your major.

It's probably a good thing there are assigments though in engineering, otherwise 90% of the class would fail because they wouldn't study enough.

Outside of engineering I barely ever crack open a book and get A's

Literally got an A for a speech i made up during the first 15 minutes of class when other people were giving their speeches. (don't do this though ... I'm probably just a really lucky asshat.)
