The most important thing is that the dlc characters all got confirmed

Ibuki, Juri, Guile, Urien, Alex and Balrog for the first year of dlc characters

A season pass is already available for 30 bucks, so each character by themselves is probably going to cost around 6 bucks. But you can still earn them for free through gameplay
