I ate at fast food places while I was on a diet last year and I still lost fifteen pounds with exercise and stuff.
It really is annoying when people blame fast food for making them fat.
Yeah, it can make you fat, but it depends on how much you eat in one sitting.
If you don't eat a whole bunch, you'll be fine.
People just don't want to make themselves the problem.

i eat at none of these places, and i am fat. you're completely right, excercise plays a much bigger part than diet in weight. i don't enjoy it, so i don't do it, and i'm fat as a result, which i have to accept as an outcome of my choice of lifestyle. it really pisses me off when fat people mak excuses or try to blame the fast food companies or their metabolism or some shit.

I don't blame the companies. Is just that i try to work out but they wont let me work in a gym because of my asma or however you fucking spell it. Makes me have less air than normal.

You don't need a gym friend. Start out walking for a little while everyday increasing your time and speed. Eventually you will be able to run. (Make sure you bring your inhaler)

Maybe it is your diet? Try the atkins or just a very low carb diet. Sucks, but you drop weight really fast. I lost 3 pounds in 2 days.

But in a few weeks i gain the same amount, and i'm back where i started.

I am sure it is your diet then. Just try to control your hunger and cravings and the weight will fly off.

Wait, I'm sorry. I thought this was about being more badass, not about who's show is more "realistic." Last time I checked doing badass things is usually completely unnecessary but looks really fucking cool.
