actually it goes even further. It is 9, 18 for some numbers like 36 x 500 = 18000 --> 18
but if you do 36 x 499 = 17964 --> 27 in total
and with 36 x 9999 = 359964 --> 36 in total

so to put it simple, if you multiply any number with 36, the numbers added of the total will be a number of the outcome of (f)=9x

The digits of any multiple of 3 will always add to another multiple of 3. Same is true of multiples of nine. This continues for all powers of 3.

However, what you said is pretty dumb. You can pick virtually any huge number and get an answer that disproves what you said. However, if you continue the pattern with the digits of the number you end up with (and so on), you can eventually work your way down to 3 (or 9, which is just a step up from 3).

This picture is referring to alcoholic beverages, in which case the "alcohol compounds" are dissolved in water to form a solution (along with other ingredients for taste and etc). The following is a definition of "solution" in chemistry:

"a homogeneous mixture of two or more substances, the solute(s) are dissolved into a solvent to create a single phase system"

In organic chemistry, at a molecular level, alcohol is a compound including a hydroxyl function group (made of a hydrogen and oxygen atom (-O H)) that is joined to a Carbon atom. Individually these are indeed compounds, but your context and understanding are wrong.
