Here where I live you can buy full auto if you want. It takes less than an hour to buy a handgun. I have twice now in 6 mo ths bought 3 pistols and ammo for each. I did not shoot any one, I didnt rob anyone, between my GF and I we have 6 guns with more coming (shes preggo and I can't wait to get babys first rifle!!, a little short stock .22, something they can start to fire around 3-4)

What gun co trol should be is education, I don't mind a background check and I think safety classes should be mandatory (I think they should be taught in school).

After all drivig is not a right but we offer driving classes to gelp prevent teens getting into fatal accidents.

As far as a weapon being restriced to a certian area, thats retarded, its a tool, can you take a bizz saw and car out of its registered area to do work? What if hunting sucks in your reagion. What if you go hiking?? Hell you need a .45lc or .44mag to go hik8ng where I live.

The 2nd amendment was designed to protect the American people from an oppressive tyrannical government it ensures that the government in the military can never out power the citizenry because the citizenry has access to the same weapons that the military does ensuring that you don't have something like in North Korea or something that like what happened with Pol Pot.

As far as a weapon being used as a tool well I have bear moose elk wolf and several of their predators that walk within 10 feet of my back door if I want to go out in my yard and do anything I need to be armed I have to carry at least a 45 Long Colt on me if I want to hike or go out in my yard.

Other purposes that guns can have them anyways if they can be used as tools I've seen them used for art I've seen them used for demolition purposes I've seen them used to cut down a tree quite effectively.

Growing up I was bullied from elementary school all the way until I pretty much graduated high school there was another thing that was kind of unique to my situation I had loaded guns all over my house there were no less than 5 loaded guns at any given time position to buy all of the entrances and exits of our house this was from the time that I was in elementary school like I said until I graduated high school never once did I ever contemplate taking one of those guns in and shooting these people who are picking on me dumping white out in my hair spitting on me. Why didnt I flip out, I was educated early on weapons saftey and proper weapons handeling.
