Sometimes if you have a different sexual orientation, then weed will actually effect your mind differently. I know this sounds like bull, but its because of the different distribution of hormones in your brain. Someone who is homosexual will have much higher estrogen levels than someone who is heterosexual, and since estrogen is lower in adrenalin (one of the prime chemicals that gives that "high" feeling) than testosterone, it means you wont feel as much of an effect from the marijuana smoke. Try checking up on your sexual orientation. Nothing wrong with it if you are homosexual, more power to you :). But if that is the case (it might be and you just don't realize it, really try thinking about this, some people just don't know that they are.) then try some more hardcore drugs. My personal recommendation would be Speed. It gives an amazing high regardless or sexual orientation. Just take it easy, its tricky to not get hooked. Good luck and have fun my friend. :D
