Personally I usually start my characters with a 'gimmick'. I think the night goblins should be a faction solely because of the fanatics, and I love playing night goblins. I've even discovered the perfect way to hire large amounts of night goblins. But anyways, sometimes I'll say 'i'm going to play as a night goblin!' and I'll open the cheat menu and give myself the shittiest night goblin gear there is. Works with Slayer dwarves too.
On a side note don't the hair and axes give it away? I'm pretty sure the pants are different too

Ironbreakers are ungodly tanks aswell, but Slayers die out too quick for my liking. And yeah, tunnel fighters are the realest of the realest. I love playing as a greenskin, but damn if those dwarfbands dont fuck me in the ass all the damn time

There's a difference.. A real huge difference in the Slayer Ranks. All of the slayers are super weak throughout their ranks, up until they become Daemon Slayers. At the point when they finally survive long enough to become Daemon Slayers, they become indestructible rape machines that solo chaos lords and trolls. It doesn't help at all that the Daemon Slayer Armour is indistinguishable from the regular slayer armour.. Except for its astronomically high stats sourced from RUNIC BALLS.

You could be riding your horse through a crowd of slayers, only to suddenly find one that doesn't die instantly to your big-ass sword. He throws you off your horse and beats the shit out of you, while his lesser buddies obscure his true identity.

The problem of course, is actually getting the damn things to live long enough to even become Daemon Slayers.
