No i'm left handed and i use my mouse in my right and WASD. I do however know other left handed people who use arrow keys and left hand mouse. It isn't necessarily about which is your dominant hand just which is more comfortable for you.

That's a very possible possibility which I hadn't thought of yet. But still, even if I were left handed I would just use my mouse and keyboard the same way I do now. And it sounds like a huge pain in the ass to use WASD with your right hand for example, especially in my case with 18 extra buttons on the left side.
