He signed it into law, so he is responsible for it. It is terrible, and I don't argue that Bush also fucked this up too, he enacted a lot of over reaching and unconstitutional provisions in the patriot act.
How does this justify the current president's action?
He asked for an example of an unconstitutional over reach, and the whole G.W. did it too, argument has no bearing on what Obama is currently doing.
