Scary but just remember one crucial detail that will help you:
In this mod, the ammo from your reloaded clips are lost. As in, if you reload when you still have four bullets in a clip, those bullets are GONE. Nothing tells you this in the game, most people find out when they notice themselves running out of very important ammo. So yeah, just remember that.
