Self improvement can make any of his abilities jump probably 2 levels stated: "greatly strengthen" a single level isn't great just meh. So yeah I'll say 2 max . So Strength lvl 5? Durability lvl 5? lol even if it only works on one at a time or even if he could only increase each by a single level instead of 2? He would either just sit there till you get bored as you can do nothing to harm him, or he could literally go Onepunch Man on you.
I cannot imagine the implications of Elementalism lvl 4 or 5. He would literally become a being of pure magic and could erase you from existence with raw power.
Energy/electrical Elementalism in a city is god mode incarnate. Unless you blow up the local nuclear power plant cutting off power to the city and killing him and yourself in the process...
Even if its still level three again because all ambient energy and electricity heals him rapidly you cannot damage him fast enough.
Heals+Tank>DPS

An unstated ability from the number of foes he has+Valuable drawback: experience.
He would probably spend nearly every day fighting and can use his experience in those fights to outwit you who only has valuable and big mike to worry about.

Combat Hannah is apparently unstoppable as she is stronger than Skele, Elmore stands no chance even less so with Olivia guiding Hannah and the Squad
Sure elite soldiers<renegades in terms of battle power but the Renegades are a ragtag group, no structure, no dicipline. The Squad>a single supersoldier> Hannah+Squad>Renegades entirely.
Throw Lindsey into the mix on overwatch behind the scenes back at his base with coms and satellites and such?
His allies have complete and utter tactical and battle superiority.


But hey, you can outrun him. Tactical retreat leave your faction to die at the hands of an unkillable energy being?
