One of my favourite old games was kinda like that. Battle Realms. Had Samurai vs evil samurai vs barbarians vs evil wizardy types, with ninjas, giant crossbows, powder keg cannons, ronin.... all sorts of shit. I wish people made more games like that, rather than more modern shooty shooter man.
