i can answer some of those questions.
1. becasue both the body and the blood have to go through the same experience of the plane crashing so obviously it has to be placed before the crash.
2. he also wanted to watch the town go to hell and be completely corrupted before it was destroyed. and he did give them hope he had the bomb traveling around the city and told them that a civilian had the detonator so they had the chance to find the civilian get the detonator then get rid of the bomb.
3. it was a localized emp and most likely the computer was set up so an emp wouldn't effect it.
4. it was supposed to be Bruce Wayne opening up to someone after 8 years of solitary confinement and him finding someone who he could actually trust.
5. she did say that she and bane were part of the league of shadows for a time and that bane was only excommunicated because he reminded ra of what he had done and all the guilt he felt over his wife and child.
6. because they were all in an under ground shaft while every single policemen except for a select few were supposed to be looking for bane under ground and only the exits were destroyed not the entirety of the underground. so they could kinda tell where they would come out by looking at the most easily accessible blockaded exit they could find. also i suppose no facial hair and such because they were being given food and other supplies. perhaps that included razors.
7. this was because tali just wanted a reason to get revenge on them she was just useing her fathers final mission as an excuse for killing them all for killing her father.
