Albion
The enlightenment commision dissolves after disputes between two founding members, but the wealth commision organizes Albion's economy rather efficiently. A feudal system is created and less responsiblity falls upon your shoulders, and rulers can now make many more decisions for their people. The imperial forces are established, and protect the Crown with an Iron Fist, and are widely regarded as the best in the area. You develop boats to traverse rivers, lakes, and coastlines, however travelling through the open sea will result in many shipwrecks.

Getgud
You do not find any new materials so far. A formal army is raised, and they are ready to fight. You do not find any ways to make hotter fires yet, but your people are starting to get closer. Expansions are made south and southeast.

Anglund
Your wise men develop a lighter, longer spear, that is more suitable for throwing than stabbing, and does so with great effect. The shafts shatter on impact, as to make them unusable by the foe. Expansions are made.

Sol
Dissolves completely. It is now reduced to warring barbarians.

Expansion continues. Fruit is found, and is used by the people to make many different beverages and food items. Your dishes are notibly spicy. You begin construction on a harbour. Wells are created and basins of water are filled. Fresh water for everyone! Your people develop the bow and arrow.

Aztlan
More suitable clothing is created, and more people make it through the harsh winters. Irrigation systems bring plenty of fresh water to your citizens. You begin research on new technologies, but no breakthroughs have been made. Expansions are made across the land.

Carnica
A charitable religion is founded, and the poor are pleased. The armies of the land are whipped into shape and sedated for the time-being. People are happy. Your fishing fleet is not repaired. The madness was caused by an unusally dry season where grasshoppers did not have enough food. They morphed into locust and began a feeding frenzy on the already weakened crops, and people starved for many years. It was all happen-stance, and was unavoidable. Hopefully next time that this happens, your people will be prepared. Housing is established for every citizen of Carnica, and everybody is protected from the elements. A strong army is raised, and they reclaim your land.

Empire
Expansions are made wide and far. Your copper tools and weaponry become perfect with many years of work, and they become the pinaccle of copper weapons.

Tantoland
Expansions are made towards the southern tip. You continue to mine, but luck is not on your side and no new discoveries are made. A rather large army is raised, and coal now replaces firewood.

Copper is integrated in the fashion of cutlery, while coal is now used to heat houses. A basic written language has been established, but it is ground moreso in symbols than phonetics. Perhaps it can be reformed in the future. The greater area now utilizes crop rotation. A copper currency is not developed, but is on its way. Food rations are increased amongst workers, but since you do not have a currency, workers are not yet issued it. Expansions are made eastwards.

East Rome
He succeeds and boats are invented. They are able to travel along rivers and coasts, but most currents of any kind will ruin them. A quarry is established and coal is discovered within the mines. Expansion goes to the west. An army is raised and taxes are created.

Uruguay
Tools are now made of copper. Pickaxes are invented and help excavate stone at a much quicker rate than chisels. Larger boats are constructed, and are capable of holding many more people. A roving band of militia-police are created. They deter dissent and crime where they travel.

Inbredville
Expansions are made in every direction at a fast pace. A new mine is established. A councel is created and the laws of the land are set in stone. You domesticate the roming plains buffalo, as there are no horses to be found. Though they are volotile, they are fast and deadly, and much worth the risk when dealing with smaller tribes.

Bramptonia
Your people discover a source of gold near your mines, and theis new shiny material hypnotizes all those lay their eyes upon it. Expansion goes westwards. Unfortunately, with only 1 chicken per family, they can't reproduce and die off. Oh well. You begin plans for a better boat. Damming rivers and diverting freshwater streams and lakes helps your farms flourish. You look around and see no horses nor cows. You do pen up and domesticate the llama and it's larger sub-species as a food source and as riding animals respectively.

1 - proceed making copper coins as per the original plan
2 - start using the copper coins made until now as a currency as per the original plan
3 - start a plan to start opening schools among the whole nation, slowly expanding from the magisterium in all directions. In these schools children shall go (as described in 3 here www.funnyjunk.com/tabletop/5255#5255 except not only limtied to the magisterium) to be taught more knowledge by a few old magisters who will be all paired with those aspiring to be magisters and above 13 (as mentioned in previous post) once such children appear in the region. These schools shall be open (for now) for 3 months so the magistrates aren't tied down there, but there are plans to tweak the system in the future.
4 - have some of the magistrates think of ways to improve the mining process , be it with tools , methods or just interesting ideas. If the ideas are deemed dangerous they should first be tried in a small scale instead of directly implementing it in order to reduce damage.
5 - expansion to the east.

**After many generations of "minor" chieftains, the time of "Hara-pukna the wise" is about to take place.
A clever chieftain is elected at young age. Being tutored on many different subjects both by farmers, wise men, and the experts in the warrior caste, he has learned a huge amount of knowledge. He will in time be known as "The wise" due to his focus on teaching the alphabet and his reverence for the gods. Known as a fair ruler, many "subjects" citizens question their bad habits and devote more time to their spiritual animal gods. In this era the idea of "re-incarnation" takes its form.
**
**Shortly told it is the idea that all living things will die and be reborn again, as something reflecting their past life and those decisions they took. The majority of the people take solace in this idea and give their best effort during the daily routine.
Some of his first decrees is about to take place.

1-2( Research caste system) The first actual research and exchange of ideas between the cultural groups is taking place. Only the 5th caste is not taking part in the forming and law making.
The wise men decrees that in the future they will focus on teaching the laws and alphabet to "elected" individuals from the groups, making enforcement and a minor taxation on the markets possible.
All tax will go to the ruling cabinet that is then by law and under the eyes of the gods forced to spend a certain amount of this "wealth" to create more wealth and safety for the people. So along this "law making" an idea of efficient taxation and responsibility is taking place. All parts of the system are important. Even the lowest and often rejected caste has its uses. The majority of people are still farmers and they are also still held in high regard.

3-5(Continued expansion) This happens due to the sheer amount of trade, more and more tribes are united with this "Chosen of the Elephant" tribe, and rejoice on their protection and increased level of goods and food.

(Fluff no points) The Tribe is not yet Named "Vahana" but is called the Elephant tribe, to thier adherence to thier religious practice, and protection of the elephants. This will someday change.

With the new ranged weaponry in hand the warriors train and prepare to meet hostile tribes during this time of great expansion.

With a new crude harbour in place, more and more trade is happening up the coast and to the east along the rivers inland.

[Meta Thinking: Okay, the locust caused the madness - obviously. I still have no idea how to prevent the locust and if I roll a 1 on trying to prevent it, they'll be right back in my face. So I'm screwed unless I consistently roll above-average, let's watch as friggin grasshoppers eradicate my nation. ]

Unfortunately there is a wide gap in the recorded history of about 1000 years ( this is only to compensate for the long time since the last session ), a myserious period; Carnica entered it on the brink of extinction and left it with a bit of civilisation. This period was later dubbed by historians as "The eon that vanished".

The gap ends with the beginning of the reign of a King Leon, it is entirely plausible that he didn't know anything about the madness, but he had a distinct love towards insects.

1. This reflected his desire to tame types of insects. Roleplaying roll, also I've so far been extremely unsuccessful in fighting the locust, so with all plausible options depleted, time to go for an unconventional mean.
2. But it was also during this reign that some efforts to cultivate different kind of crops was experimented with, not necessarily something edible, but perhaps something that had a more practical purpose. Economy - trying to discover cotton, which eventually should be something I could use to create textile once I've discovered weaving, which wouldn't make sense to discover if I don't have anything to weave.
3. As the attempts to grow multiple kinds of crops took up farm land, an alternate source for food was needed, and the attention of Carnica once more turned onto the sea. Economy, another attempt at fishing.
4. As the housing in Carnica advanced a need for better tools came, and to make better tools, better materials would be needed. Economy, look for new materials, copper and tin in particular, but that is meta-gaming.
5. Expand.
