1. Citizens United and numerous other less high-profile court decisions and bills basically rest on a corporation as a whole having the same rights as a US citizen.
2. gay marriage is totally about the ideals of the state's population, but I fail to see how gay marriage has any effect on congressional representation.
3. The main argument against states legalizing gay marriage, even via magistrate, which has nothing to do with church, is that it's a sin. That's as religious an argument as you can get. Either the First Amendment is honored, and the "gay marriage is a sin" argument is retired and churches get to decide for themselves whether to recognize them or not, or the First Amendment is chucked out of the window, churches are forced to recognize future gay marriages if they are legalized, and get to continue participating in the argument with religious objections.

1. I don't know about the "Corporations = People." thing.
2. gay Marriage has to do with the ideas of the Population and the effects it has on the Representation it has is the Congress.
3. The main prohibition of said marriage is the "requirement" to have said marriages in churches. Where the seperation of CHURCH AND STATE still applies, any bill can be denied by churches.
4. War of aggression does next to nothing to keep economy stable, Soldiers are getting rations cut and the only people profiting from this is the Privateers and the Diplomats who say that they represent our best interests by giving themselves a pay raise.
5. Those bills directly go against the will of the people, and by even putting a bill up, they should be accused of a treasonous act.
