Thought about going to a bronycon years ago. Never went. I haven't kept up on the show or even the fandom unless you count the board. Are they still really going on?

Yea. Stopped watching after season 3. Other than the second Gilda episode. After seeing that it seemed like the show either kinda went down hill or it was like that before and I just liked it because it had a fandom behind it. I'm not totally sure.

Or if I did, I was in it because of the fandom, not the show. Either way, the fandom has let me down and without that, I don't really see any reason to watch the show.

aww well just to say, I was trying to decide between a PS4 or Wii U and got the Wii U for price along with Smash, Kart, Splatoon, and the fact that I had more games in mind to get for it and now that I have it, I'm not sure if I have enough reason to get a PS4 anymore.

I have more PS4 exclusive games I want to play plus a coworker that I wouldn't mind playing Destiny with.

Yea. We're basically furries for like a month out of the year when the hype builds up. Its a fun time.

What goes on there?

Well usually we'll walk around, stop into some panels like comedians, check out the dealers den for merch and stuff plushies, badges, t-shirts, stuff like that. Got caffinated soap last year which is kick ass. , hit up the food court or whatever you wanna call it, occasionally we'll head out to the balcony for a smoke/vape and shoot the **** with people. Basically do that until the "rave" the only good DJs are usually up at the end of the night from 12a to 2a. and just rock out until we're outta energy then crash at our hotel room. That's the first 2 days. Sunday is the lull where everything is just chill and things are getting put away and whatnot and we'll usually leave halfway through Sunday. And since its a FurCon, we end up meetting some pretty.. interesting people sometimes.

Sounds pretty much what happened when I went to Canterlot Gardens a few years back.

Was good time. Met some cool people. Met some weird people. Got some cool items of interest including a toy still in the box signed by like 5 VAs from the show. All good stuff.
